Very effective at the beginning, soon starts to wear. Caution as it did shed bristles, one stuck in my face. Make sure you wear eye protection.

Perfect weight and size for ripping through layers of paint and for removing rust from flat metal. I also bought the wheel version of this to reach into right and moulded profiles. Just the right size for a 4'' angle grinder.
Had to clean 12 metal sign holders riddled with age and rust. Still took some time but eventually i was painting metal that looked like new. A good finish and as you know an even better feeling of relef and satisfaction. Worth buying, don't forget eye protection goggles and gloves essential.
Perfect for cleaning hub faces and alloy wheel mating faces, take it easy though! After doing a set of wheels and hubs there was no discernable wear.
Excellent product for aging timber for that distressed look, especially oak beams.
Very good piece of kit i use it for blacksmithing and horseshoe work.It shifts flash rust very quickly and leaves a lovely lustre.

It works well although to unscrew it you will probably need a 21 or 22 mm spanner. On my mains angle grinder, it tightened up with use. It seems to wear well, much easier to use on a small angle grinder than a larger one. Removed paint from render quite well, althogh it had a tendency to melt the paint into a black hard residue due to the steel in the brushes. That can only be removed with a flap wheel.
Very effective tool to remove flaking masonry paint and very hard wearing. Need to use gloves and safety goggles or visor. Good value product.
