Brilliant wire brush I read the reviews & they were correct
This tough wire brush was very useful to grind off some self levelling compound that had run down the inside of a toilet waste outlet in the ground. Probably could have used one with a longer shaft. But I managed it for a reasonable price.
Seems good for removing flaky rust. It doesn't get you right back to a pristine bare metal surface, but after using this wire brush wheel I've then also used the abrasive poly wheel and then painted with Kurust, so I think that'll be fine.
Great tool to remove rust effectively.
Like others used before, there is little/low loss of brush diameter. All good.

Vicious. Used for removing paint from exterior metalwork - which it does, as Brick Top would describe - 'Like a knife through butter.' Attached to a variable speed drill, far easier, and in my hands, safer, than a bucking mule angle grinder.
Great addition to my toolkit. Very abrasive and good for removing rust on metalwork.
I have used these to remove the rust from the axles and suspension parts on my 30 year old Land Rover. They have lasted much longer than I expected and I have not yet needed to use the spare I bought. Also bought the 25mm version which is great for the difficult corners etc.
Robust and effective at removing surface rust. Make sure you wear a dust mask.
I used this for some detailed paint stripping on masonary. Was really brilliant and easy to use on a cordless drill.

Needed a heavy wire brush to remove old paint and rust from a cast iron bench end. This was just the job! Nice clean finish ready for repainting,
Use: exposing/cleaning bricks that were previously covered in cementitious render. Fantastic for cleaning bricks in fireplace. I tried acid and a variety of different lighter grade wire brushes and they had little effect. This attachment eats through everything and leaves the bricks looking like new. No damage was caused to the face of the bricks whilst using on Dewalt drill. Trying this earlier would have saved me many hours of trial and error! Would be great on cast iron pipes for clearing old paint too.
This product is good for removing rust and grime from scythe blades, though it will lave score marks.
This twist knot wheel worked a treat at removing the paint I was previously struggling with.
Good for stripping flat surface but Twist Knots are too big and stiff to get into any recess.
Excellent attachment tool for preparing brickwork and facing off the same brickwork in readiness for painting and pointing. Very robust and after 3 hours of use is still effective. I ordered another 2 to keep in stock. Don’t bother with other wire wheels found on other providers they are lightweights compared to this.
This is a very aggressive abrasive wire wheel that fits in anything with a chuck. Withstands high RPM with an air drill, but better suited to the RPM of a Li-Ion device. It's stainless, this is important (to me) in preparing alloy castings for welding. Ideal for purpose.
Good product long lasting use it in a busy garage to clean rust from alloy wheel inside surface helps stop rim leaks definitely recommend
