It is an offset bend for 68mm downpipe, seems to fit ok and bends well to.
Good fit to down pipe without using sealant so makes any adjustments easy.
Bit tight to fit to old pipe. Old bit short enough to fit in freezer, Bend in hot water (washing up hot). Worked a treat. I love physics.
Quality product does what it is supposed to and the grey also looks good.
It's only a plastic Offset bend, but it's still good value and quality. I don't need to to be sealed 100% on the joint because I'll be using it to connect together some overflow piping on a garden water tub and want it to be detachable. This is ideal, just tight enough to hold and seal whilst being easy to remove and swap about.
Also good price and quick, safe pickup at my Warrington store where the staff are always helpful and pleasant.
A good fit, works with solvent weld glue
I was surprised to find that this was a 90% plastic down pipe u bend when I got it home . I am not sure why as this is exactly what I ordered and needed . It was also a shade of grey - strange that it matched the existing system colour to replace the broken bend as I am sure that I would have ordered a pink one if I had that choice . For a one off hand made U bend I was relieved to find that it fitted the exisiting downpipes well . Price OK for such a unique bit of kit.
