I would love to rate these better but they come without a cover and without screws
The lid gasket is also sold separately but that's not really a problem
I used this to house a low voltage wire coming out of a wall and then into a 20mm pipe. It is strong, provides a very good fit to 20mm pvc piping and did the job but was probably not designed for this purpose as it has threaded brass inserts where I needed 2 holes to screw the item to a wall. Probably designed for use with a cover which is not supplied with the item.
White 20mm basic range conduit.Works fine, but product sticky labels can be a bit messy to remove.
Good value end box and of good quality so I am happy with my purchase.
Comes bare - no cover, no screws. Poor value for money
As said before. Please stop putting awful labels on the face plates.
Yes, a hot air gun helps remove but many still need white spirit as well. A complete waste of time.
AND please redesign so all bends, tees and boxes use the same screws.
Ok.................................does the job....
I only bought this because it looked a bit like a duck. I wasn't disappointed.
Good quality PVC conduit box. Does the job. Cant say much else.
Easy to use and install and conduit fits snugly into the sockets. I don’t understand why covers, gaskets and setscrews are sold separately. I guess it’s to make the product appear to be competitively priced. Although covers and gaskets can be purchased individually at ToolStation set screws come in largish quantities and only in brass. I had a packet of the correct threaded screws left over from an earlier project that I cut to length using a hacksaw whilst the screws were spinning in the jaws of if an electric screwdriver. It round have been so much simpler if the screws at least were sold with the boxes.
Well, what can I say, purchased this with trunking and bits n bobs to extend my garage wiring. Left it for a few days, when I go to use this, no cap or screws, so I'm thinking t@#t, must have dropped them somewhere, searched my garage for hours looking but to no avail. So just looking on toolstation to order another one and read reviews only to find it's not me....yay I think find a part number for the cap. But screws oh no trying to find the roseta stone that is. So another 15 minute journey to spend 0.26 pence on a cap and screws. Mr manufacturere your a...
The cap, gasket and screws are sold separately! The screws are sold by the 100. The box needs 2 screws.
Good junction box but doesn’t come with lid, you have to purchase this separately
Surely it wouldn't be hard or expensive to provide a couple of screws with these? If it's a small project there's no sense in buying a pack of 25. And the ones we use for indoor electrics go rusty outside in short order.
Doesn’t come kid or screws, now have to go back to Toolstation for a 26p lid😡
Comes without screws just sell the.box complete with lid and screws .
Ok there's no lid with it but that's no great problem
solid bit of kit but comes without covers. Ordered the cover and get no screws!! useless
Too cheaply made. No real break points for fixing to wall, so ends up cracking the base trying to open out. Also dies not come with lid or lid screws. The lid is sold separately but again with no screws to fix lid down. The price is too cheap, had they designed better, the increase in cost would not be an issue.
20mm round stop end/single conduit box, No lid or screws provided. I've encounter this before with other brands. Not sure why they are sold like this?
