Designed for project managers, designers, and specifiers, the resource provides structured guidance on how to identify opportunities for retaining existing structures, re-using salvaged components, and selecting low-impact materials across construction projects.
The guidance aims to streamline decision-making early in the design phase, reducing embedded carbon and minimizing site waste by establishing clear parameters for material efficiency and circular economy practices.

While aimed primarily at specifiers, the shift towards structured material reuse will filter down to the trade counter and the job site.
