The Makita HR004G 40V MAX XGT Brushless SDS+ Rotary Hammer Drill is an intensely powerful machine that offers the same performance level as a corded machine, but the full freedom of movement with a cordless.

The HR004G has been designed as a top of the range balance and excellent handling with easy, simply to use controls and settings.  The drill comes with 3 mode function: Rotary only, rotary hammer and chisel action (hammer only).

The drill specs are impressive to read: delivering 2.9Joules of impact energy with 5000bpm impact rate.  The drill delivers 980rpm no load speed while have a 32mm drill capacity in wood, 28mm in concrete and 13mm in steel (with TCT Core bit, capacity in concrete is 54mm. With Diamond core bit, capacity in concrete is 65mm).

This powerful drill also features one touch sliding chuck for easier bit installation/removal, electric brake, variable speed control via the trigger, torque limiter, dual rotational control and anti-vibration technology.  To further assist with the anti-vibration feeling, the drill includes a "Soft no load" function automatically reduces the motor speed during idling to suppress the vibration of the machine body.

The constant speed control and LED job light give you complete control over the drill and lets you continue working regardless of lighting conditions.  The drill is also supplied with an interchangeable chuck from SDS+ to a 24mm 3jaw chuck.
